Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days
after the date that your order has been confirmed.
However, if your order contains an item that is
out of stock, we will inform you about the dispatch date and it’s your decision whether to keep it as a backorder
or cancel the product.
Product
which is not available, wont priced until the day shipped to you.
To avoid
misunderstandings on charges of transport, we use exclusively use Hellenic Post Services
(ELTA.). Αll parcels are posted by tracking number and we will inform you via e-mail. We will send you the Hellenic Post Services (ELTA.) link at the same time.
Shipping Information
During the order of an item and filling the address of delivery before the process is complete, automatically display the pricing of the postage, depending on the weight of the item and its location according to the price list of Hellenic Post.
Shipments above of 30,00€ are registered and supported by online tracking service
Unavailable items (backorders items)
Unavailable
products are placed on a waiting list for a maximum period of 20 days from the
order date. If products remain unavailable for more than 20 days’ time, your
order will automatically cancelled.
If we are
unable to supply the backordered products within the period of 20 days, we will
notify you and cancel the pre-order.
